By accessing and using PhysiqueFlux services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

PhysiqueFlux provides fitness coaching, educational content, and transformation frameworks. Our services include but are not limited to: online content, coaching programs, email communications, and educational materials related to fitness and personal development.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of PhysiqueFlux
• Not share login credentials or access with unauthorized parties
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary methods
• Maintain the confidentiality of any private coaching communications

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of PhysiqueFlux and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Delta Framework™ is a trademark of PhysiqueFlux.

Payment and Refund Policy

For paid services:

• Payment is due at the time of service enrollment
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds are subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis
• Processing fees may be deducted from refunds

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhysiqueFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PhysiqueFlux operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
